We wanted to give all CES families notice. We are looking at Friday's forecast for the donut dash. We will make a decision tomorrow afternoon if we will need to move the race up to Thursday due to rain. If we move the race to Thursday we will have our pep rally and pajama day on Friday.

3-6th grade parents: In your child's Tuesday folder a paper was sent home about upcoming Leap Tests. The document had 2 QR codes that you could use to access information. Mrs. Collinsworth has created a 5min video to help you with using these resources. This is a fun & healthy way to raise money directly benefitting Choudrant Elementary. Proceeds will go directly to our playground improvements. Students are challenged to seek donations and celebrate their efforts with a fun run event. They need the following information to set up the online donation page for your student to show donations progress and help them earn “fun” incentives. Reminder: Parent Night tomorrow Mrs. Lindsey Crawford is coming to Choudrant Elementary on Feb. 13 from 6-7pm to speak to our parents and guardians. Her presentation will focus on 3 main areas: how technology impacts our children's (1) mental health, (2) relationships, and (3) safety. She will also share information about how technology is impacting Lincoln Parish students and how technology impacts growing brains. We want to thank Mrs. O'Neal for setting this up for us. This is such an important topic in today's time.
