Parents: Graduate packets (diplomas) are finally ready and can be picked up at the main office Monday - Friday from 7:30-3:30. The office will be closed June 28-July 5.

Reminder: Anyone who still has a Chromebook and/or charger (3rd - 12th grades) or Chrometablet and/or charger (PK-2nd grades) please return it to Simsboro School no later than Monday, May 24th. Thank you!

Join us for Pre-K Roundup, Friday, May 21st, for children who will be 4 on or before September 30th. This will be a come and go event where you will meet the teachers, see the classrooms, & get registered. We look forward to meeting our future Tigers!

Parents: Summer school letters were sent home last week for students that did not pass their end of year LEAP tests. These letters had some incorrect information regarding the daily time schedule. New letters will be given to your students today. Please review and send back to the school as soon as possible. Thank you, Monika Locke

Parents: Graduates are not allowed to decorate or alter their cap/gowns in ANY way. Graduation Reminders: 1. Your student will receive his/her 12 graduation tickets during rehearsal. 2. Students must come to rehearsal at 12:00 in full graduation attire - including hair/makeup, cap and gown. 3. Graduation attire includes: • ALL BLACK, EXCEPT WHITE BUTTON UP SHIRT WITH TIE • Black shoes, black pants, Jumpers, dresses, or skirts. Skirts or dresses MUST COME TO THE KNEE. 4. ALL school rules apply. No facial piercings, males are not allowed to wear earrings. No cell phones on stage. No gum on stage. 5. Graduates must be at graduation by 5:45 pm. We will open the doors at 6:00. Every person attending graduation MUST have a ticket and wear a mask at all times. Monika Locke

Parents, As we are finishing out the year, we must collect the chrome books prior to the last day of school. Therefore, we will collect ALL IN PERSON chrome books for those students working on their credit recovery on Monday, May 17 during first hour. Any edgenuity that students are working on MUST be completed to 90% with 50% accuracy by this time to earn their credit. Students will not be allowed to check out chrome books from teachers after this point. ALL VIRTUAL chrome books MUST be turned into the school by Thursday, May 20 at 3:00pm. Our Pre-K numbers are steadily growing for the 2021-22 school year! If you would like for your child to attend Pre-K at Simsboro School please register now while there is still room. Your child is not considered registered until all paperwork has been turned in to Simsboro School. (If you turned all paperwork in at Pre-K Roundup your child has been successfully registered.)

We are looking forward to our upcoming field day for grades K-5! This will be an "in-house" activity. Due to remaining COVID-19 restrictions we will not be allowing any visitors on campus for this event. Thank you for understanding.
